How will I know if you received my order?

When ordering online, make sure your email address is correct.  After you click "Purchase" you will receive an email confirming your order.  You will be given your order number on the order confirmation page after you submit your order.  Be sure to write this number down and keep it handy in case you have questions about your order.

What delivery methods are available?

We normally ship via the United States Postal System or FedEx Ground.  Second-day and Next-day air delivery is available for most items for an additional cost.

How much is the delivery charge?  What is included in your Delivery charge?

Delivery Charges for U.S. orders are calculated automatically when you proceed to the checkout.   Out-of-stock items are placed on backorder; delivery will be charged on a pro-rated basis.  more > >>

If my selection is "backordered," what happens?

Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated shipping date.  All our products are hand made and expected delivery times (for backorders) cannot be guaranteed.  

If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.  The total shipping and handling charge will not increase.   All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.

If you do not want to wait for the backordered item please call to change the order or arrange a refund.

If you would like to inquire about the status of a backordered item, please call (312) 328-9952 or email customerservice@windowtoimagination.com and include your name, address and order confirmation number.

Can I ship items to more than one address when placing my order online?

We are happy to ship items to more than one address, but unfortunately we cannot do so online.  The most convenient way to ship to more than one address is to place separate orders.

How do I check the status of my order or contact you if I have a question about my order?

If you have any question about your order, including order status, please call (312) 328-9952 or email customerservice@windowtoimagination.com.  Please include your name, address, and order confirmation number in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship almost anywhere in the world!  Pease see our international rate chart.

International orders can only be placed via email customerservice@windowtoimagination.com.

We will reply by email with the final cost and ship the order after receiving confirmation and payment.

Can I order online without a credit card?

We only accept online orders placed with a credit card.

What is your Returns Policy?

We take great pride in our reputation for excellent quality and value.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

*The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.

Do I pay tax on shipping and handling?

State tax regulations require that we collect sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable. All sales taxes that are collected are paid to the state where the tax is collected and merchandise has been shipped.
